Absolutely brilliant work by TROIKA!
The V&A commissioned TROIKA to create a permanent sign for the V&A entrance leading from the South Kensington tube station to the Museum.
Troika responded to this brief with ‘Palindrome’, a kinetic sign that recognizes the rich collection of the V&A as one of the worlds most fascinating treasure homes collecting over 3,000 years worth of cultural artefacts from the world’s most established cultures.

“Innovation is almost insane by definition: most people view any truly innovative idea as stupid, because if it was a good idea, somebody would have already done it. So, the innovator is guaranteed to have more natural initial detractors than followers.”

Absolutely beautiful design, although I can’t even begin to imagine how expensive this camera will be.
Designed in collaboration with Volkswagen Group’s Walter de’Silva, the Leica M9 Titanium($TBA) is an exclusive special edition of an already exclusive camera. All the visible metal elements of the camera body are made from hard-coated solid titanium, which is complemented by leather trim taken right out of an Audi interior. Other features include an 18 megapixel sensor, compatibility with Leica’s M-series lenses, an included Leica SUMMILUX-M 35mm f/1.4 lens, and the joy/guilt that comes from being one of only 500 owners in the world.
